I'm writing a LSS / PBR extract for FHS ClearQuote. As the MEDITECH Analyst and I were choosing the best MEDITECH field for Financial Class, we didn't know whether the ADM Financial Class field or the PBR Insurance Payor field would be preferred.
Stumped on who might answer our question, we wondered: Who will complain if we choose the wrong field? If the person who would complain, is the person who would be affected, then they might be a good person to start with.
Next time you need the definitive answer to a question, asking: Who will be affected by this the most? might lead you to the person who can answer your question.
