When you want to report on fields from multiple DPMs, populate the subscript as shown above. To report on BAR.PROC.chg.cat from the BAR.PAT.transactions segment, I've supplied the BAR.PROC.mnemonic value from BAR.PAT.txn.procedure. Meditech NPR automatically does this for you when you use a possessive.
